About Us

The Half Moon Inn & Country Lodge is located just 2 miles from Yeovil and Penmill train station, in rural surroundings on the Somerset and Dorset borders.We are one of only 30 pubs in Somerset to feature in 'Good Beer Guide' by CAMRA, and we take the same pride with our food and accommodation.Our home made faye is available ALL Day EVERY day from 12 noon, and we are famous for miles around , for quality and quantity! The 14 ensuite rooms have been awarded three stars by the AA , and are used by many local businesses to Yeovil and the surrounding areas.
The Inn is close to Sherbourne (6mls),RAF Yeovilton,Westlands, Haynes Motor Museum, Scewfix, Yeovil Town FC and the Pen Mill Trading Estate, and are used by most of the large businesses in the area. We have two large family rooms that can sleep up to four people in three beds.
