Ideally between London and Oxford city at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, in middle of MIDSOMER MURDER COUNTRY and only 30 minutes by car North from London Heathrow Airport.
Lakeside Town Farm B&B is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in beautiful rural Oxfordshire, quiet and peaceful down a lane with no passing traffic. We farm 300 acres with 1.5 acres of heavenly gardens by a lake, shown on BBC Gardeners World. If you are on business, we are near Thame, High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Princes Risborough, Oxford, and Aylesbury. For RAF personel we are between Strike Command, Benson and Halton. Free wifi internet access.
In addition to the B&B we have a gorgeous self catering wooden cabin by the lake, decorated "shabby chic " style for the guests that prefer space to themselves for that romantic/honeymoon break. Have an evening wine on the veranda watching the RED KITES overhead, and the ducks on the lake.
Enjoy traditional English farmhouse hospitality in superior and immaculate B&B accommodation, with far reaching views over our pasture fields. Set in 1.5 acres of tranquil and idyllic English country gardens by a lake with a tinkling waterfall. Enjoy Jims hearty farmhouse breakfast, hot fresh bread baked daily and eggs from our happy hens. Excellent local walkable pub with a good menu, and many others a short drive away. If you enjoy nature/birds and a host of other wildlife, then we are for you!
