About Us
A very warm welcome to our charming family run Victorian style townhouse, situated on the seafront opposite the Blue Flag beach and boating lake. We are just 10 minutes walk from the railway station and High Street.
We have 8 individually designed en-suite rooms decorated and furnished to a very high standard with substantial renovation having taken place this Winter 2011 with all bathrooms, hallway and dining room being refurbished.
We offer a first class service and several choices for a great breakfast with ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. All rooms are equipped to a high standard with flat screen TV with Freeview, free Wifi and hospitality tray.

We are a totally smoke-free - no smoking is permitted on the premises.
For those wishing local ventures the historic Chichester, Brighton, the naval town of Portsmouth, Goodwood or a visit to Arundel Castle set in 40 acres of magnificent grounds are great day outs. Many of these places are easy to get to using public transport.
