Arun Sands is a traditional and charming guest house situated in an ideal location on the seafront opposite the Blue Flag beach and boating lake. Just 10 minutes walk from Littlehampton railway station and High Street.
Our 8 en-suite rooms are all tastefully decorated to a high standard and this has earned us a Silver Award in addition to our 3-star rating. All the rooms have flat screen TV with Freeview and free WI-FI internet access and hospitality tray.
Breakfasts are an important part of any stay, we offer a wide range of breakfast options with ingredients being sourced locally whenever possible and our breakfast has also earned us a Visit England Breakfast Award of which we are justifiably proud.
Historic Arundel with its12th century castle, pretty streets are not far away, you can walk along the banks of the Arun river, take a cruise boat, bus, train or drive. Chichester and Brighton are great days out. We’re also very well situated for guests visiting events and meetings at Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses.

We are a totally smoke-free - no smoking is permitted on the premises.
Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house and when busy, if available, we can offer parking on the drive of our private garage block.
