Mandy and Brian offer you a warm welcome to Balcony House, their Victorian family guest house. Whether a holiday, passing through or on business, Mandy and Brian will endeavour to make your stay pleasurable and relaxing. All rooms are furnished and decorated to the highest standard in keeping with the Victorian style, offering modern comforts including tea and coffee, tv-dvd, radio alarm clock and complementary extras. Situated to the north side of Kendal and the 'Gateway to the Lakes', Balcony House offers easy and fast access to the most popular tourist areas and sites.
