About Us
Daviot Lodge is situated in a beautiful position just a few miles south of Inverness. Built in the style of a traditional Highland lodge the house is spacious and comfortable with pretty bedrooms and generously proportioned public rooms with deep comfortable sofas, an open fire on cooler evenings and interesting artwork throughout. The house has a licence to sell alcohol so you can enjoy a dram, glass of wine or something soft while relaxing in one of our sitting rooms or on the verrandah.
We are able to offer ground floor twin accommodation, suitable for those with mobility difficulties - a lovely spacious room with its own French windows entrance, double and single rooms on the first floor together with our very special master room, the ideal place for your romantic break or honeymoon.
Our bedrooms all have beautiful linens with cloud soft feather duvets and pillows.
In the morning you will enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring the best of Scotland's natural larder. Breakfast is served at individual tables in our spacious dining room which has expansive views down the valley of the River Nairn with Nairn, our neighbouring seaside town 15 miles away on the horizon.
You will find Daviot Lodge the perfect centre for your holiday touring the Scottish Highlands. Castle of Mey (the Queen Mother's Highland home), Isle of Skye, Ullapool and the Torridon Mountains together with Cairngorm National Park and Fort William are only a few of the day trips you can do from here.
Alex, Margaret and Rachel look forward to taking your enquiry. Come and be spoiled.
